These terms are an agreement between you (the business) and Sparkforge LLC. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

Alex AI answers phone calls, books appointments and helps manage your business records. Alex is an automated, AI-powered representative. She does not claim to be human and tells callers so if asked.

Your responsibilities

• Give accurate business information, hours, prices and after-hours instructions.
• Follow the laws that apply to your calls, including telling callers about recording where required.
• Do not use Alex for emergency services, unlawful calls or spam.

SMS notifications

MeetAlex AI, operated by Sparkforge LLC, offers optional operational emergency alert texts to contacts a business designates. You must obtain each contact's consent before marking them as agreed, and only enroll people who expect these alerts. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Recipients can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help, and you can disable alerts anytime in Emergency Alerts settings. AI limits

Alex can make mistakes. Check important bookings, quotes and financial reports. Accounting features help with bookkeeping and are not tax, legal or financial advice.

Payments

Plans, trials, setup fees and overage are described in the Payment Terms.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from the billing page. Access continues until the end of the period you paid for. Your records are not deleted.

Liability

The service is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
