How many AI minutes are included, and what do extra minutes cost?
Starter includes 150, Professional 500 and Business Premium 1,200 AI minutes each month. Extra minutes cost $0.30/minute only when the owner authorizes overage. Without authorization, Alex pauses at the allowance.
Is there a setup fee or a founding-business offer?
First 25 new paying customers: $0 setup. After the first 25: Starter $99, Professional $199, Business Premium $299 one-time setup. Eligibility is confirmed at checkout, not signup. Promotion checkout is awaiting approval. Only successful paid Stripe subscriptions count toward the 25-customer limit. Pending checkouts reserve availability but do not count as paying customers. Existing agreements and founding benefits remain unchanged.
What happens to my existing subscription?
Your agreed pricing, included minutes and feature access remain unchanged. Existing lifetime Enterprise access is also preserved. This page does not change your subscription.
Will the free trial charge me automatically?
No. The 14-day trial does not auto-charge. At the end, Alex pauses unless you explicitly choose and authorize a paid plan.
