When you call a business that uses Alex AI, your call is answered by Alex, an automated AI-powered virtual receptionist.

What is captured

• What you say is converted to text so Alex can respond.
• A transcript, summary, your phone number and call length are saved for the business you called.

Who can see it

Only the business you called and its team. We don't sell call information.

Your choice

California law requires consent from everyone on a call before it is recorded. If you do not want your call transcribed, please hang up and contact the business another way.

What callers hear

"This call may be recorded and transcribed for quality and record-keeping."

Alex says this at the start of every call, before the conversation begins.
