Free trial

New businesses get a 14-day free trial. No card is charged during or after the trial. When the trial ends, Alex pauses until you choose a paid plan. Your records are kept.

Plans

• Starter: $149/month, standard $99 one-time setup after the founding promotion, 150 phone minutes/month.
• Professional: $349/month, standard $199 one-time setup after the founding promotion, 500 phone minutes/month.
• Business Premium: $599/month, standard $299 one-time setup after the founding promotion, 1,200 phone minutes/month.

Enterprise: Custom Pricing under a separate agreement. New monthly plans are being tested; live purchases are not open yet. New annual pricing is not offered.

Existing subscribers keep their agreed monthly or annual pricing, setup terms, included minutes and entitlements. Lifetime Enterprise access is unchanged. Historical invoices are not altered.

Prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

Founding offer

First 25 new paying customers: $0 setup. After the first 25: Starter $99, Professional $199, Business Premium $299 one-time setup. Eligibility is confirmed at checkout, not signup. Promotion checkout is awaiting approval. The limit is 25 verified new paying customers, not signups. Concurrent checkout reservations reduce available spots until payment or verified checkout expiry. Existing founding benefits remain unchanged; no setup fee is charged retroactively.

Automatic renewal

Paid plans renew automatically each month or year and charge the card on file until you cancel.

Extra minutes

Minutes beyond your plan cost $0.30 per minute, only if the owner has turned on extra minutes. Otherwise Alex stops answering when minutes run out. We alert you at 50%, 80% and 100% of your minutes.

Plan changes

Upgrades and downgrades take effect right away. You get credit for unused time and are charged the difference on your next invoice.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancel anytime from the billing page. Access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not give partial refunds. Setup fees are non-refundable.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe and its reseller Link. Charges may appear on your statement as LINK.COM*.
